Refund Policy
At One Vision Study Abroad, we are committed to maintaining transparency in our admission guidance and counselling services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if the student fulfills ALL of the following eligibility conditions:
- The student has appeared for the NEET examination for the FIRST TIME (First Attempt Only).
- The student has NOT qualified NEET.
- The student is a genuine first-attempt candidate.
- The student submits valid proof of NEET result and required documents for verification.
Important Conditions
- Students appearing in repeated NEET attempts are NOT eligible for any refund.
- If a student has taken NEET in any previous year, the refund request will not be accepted.
- Refund eligibility is applicable only after successful verification of all submitted documents.
- Providing false or misleading information will automatically cancel refund eligibility.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the applicable processing period.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Repeat NEET attempt candidates.
- Students who voluntarily withdraw from the admission process.
- Incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Failure to meet the refund eligibility criteria.
- Any payment made towards third-party services such as university registration, visa processing, document legalization, embassy charges, travel, insurance, hostel booking, or other external services, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Verification Process
Every refund request is subject to document verification by One Vision Study Abroad. The management reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request if the eligibility conditions are not fulfilled.
